SemanticDiff: Language aware diff viewer

SemanticDiff adds a programming language aware diff mode to Visual Studio Code. The basic idea is to filter out style-only changes and detect refactorings like moved code blocks to make diffs less noisy and easier to understand.

I just released a first beta version to the marketplace that you can try out. Feel free to open an issue if something doesn't work as expected :-)
