Use convention "Hello World" for name of first extension

Found while testing microsoft/vscode#62107

Users will search for and expect a starting tutorial to be called "Hello World". Right now, searching for "hello world" under the /api folder doesn't return any of the Get Started content.

"Hello Code" is problematic since it isn't really the brand name. "Visual Studio Code" is the brand name and we get by with the shorted "VS Code". We should avoid using "Code" as the product name.

Personally I think it adds a bit of flavor. It's what a lot of tech documentation do.

I'm pretty sure we discussed this in a Sitdown and several others preferred to leave this as Hello World. Again there are marketing implications if we promote the term "Code" and we don't want to get them involved.
I'm reopening this mostly since this change also involves updating the yo code generator and any other tutorials which third parties have created. I think we should leave the message the computer science standard "Hello World" and keep it simple. Adding @kieferrm @jrieken since it sounds like they signed off.
