Issue Type: Bug

tab ('\t') is not considered while printing the list in tabular format on the VSC Python Interactive environment.

To reproduce the issue, execute the below code and check the result on the VCS Python Interactive environment.

def display_table(in_list):
""" Function to display 2D list in tabular format """
for i in range(len(in_list[1])+1):
if i == 0:
print('\t', end='') ## <- This tab is not cosidered
else:
print(f'[{i-1}]', end='\t')
print()
for i, row in enumerate(in_list):
for j, value in enumerate(row):
if j==0:
print(f'[{i}]', end='\t')
print(f'{value}', end='\t')
print()

a = [[77, 68, 86, 73], [96, 87, 89, 81], [70, 90, 86, 81]]

Calling for display_table function
