Button `Rerun Failed Tests` does not rerun failed tests

• After having run the tests, click on Rerun Failed Tests
• The tests are not visibly reran, despite clicking on the button several times 🐛

@connor4312 I am seeing this issue as well and when I debug it I am not having my runTests function which I bind to the run profile hit. Is it a different flow with the re-run failures button?

This works for me in the inc_dec example suite 🤔

yeah agreed I can't repo this either. @aiday-mar or @joshspicer could you include logs?

So I retried all the steps today and now I see a flickering of the run failed icons so I suppose the tests are reran.
