Support running (Python) test classes as a whole

When running test classes, there does not seem to be a "Run" button next to the test class name to run all tests in that test class. I loved this feature in other IDEs such as IntelliJ IDEA, as it saved me a lot of time.

As such, it would be great if test classes could also get this button.

Note that there is an option in the "Testing" pane but it requires more clicks and requires you to find the tests you need, which is more work in a large codebase.

from my understanding the VS Code Test Explorer UI only shows the green "run" arrows for leaf test items (tests without children). Therefore I think this is an API request for core.

The green arrow is shown on all nodes with runnable children. Probably you're not putting a location on the TestClass.
