Add panel numbering explanation in readme #297
Description
In the Panels component documentation there is no explanation around the panel/view id naming convention e.g.
...
<vscode-panel-tab id="tab-1">PROBLEMS</vscode-panel-tab>
<vscode-panel-view id="view-1">Problems content.</vscode-panel-view>
...
It is unclear where this concept comes from or whether tab-x and view-x are the only accepted ids or if the developer can choose another convention
