Can no longer open VSCode from WSL2 Ubuntu20

• VSCode Version: 1.53.2
• Local OS Version: Win10 Pro 2004 Build 19041.804
• Remote OS Version: Ubuntu 20.04.2
• Remote Extension/Connection Type: WSL

Steps to Reproduce:

If I try to install ca-certificates, it just says there are no changes to be made.

Does this issue occur when you try this locally?: No
Does this issue occur when you try this locally and all extensions are disabled?: No

I haven't changed any network settings, my VPN is off and no one has touched my local network settings either.
I can successfully open Code from Windows and even WSL1. It's only WSL2 that doesn't work.

EDIT: I've been using Code on WSL2 for about a month now with no issues, this just started happening randomly today.
