Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?:
N/A. Need Remote extension to connect to remote host.

• VS Code Version: 1.57.1 (user setup)
• OS Version: Windows_NT x64 10.0.19043

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Remote ssh to a known host in VSCode
2. The error dialog is displayed

I think it's not related to permission. I check the log first and there is no problem with permission.

I also deleted the .vscode folder on my server but it didn't work.

Check with other computer and it works fine. I think it's my PC's problem. I will close this issue since it isn't a bug from VSCode.
