[Suggestion]:Debugger tool supports moving to the left or right blank area at the top

If opening many files will cause the debugger tool to obscure the file name or code of the open file.

You can consider supporting moving the debugger tool to the left or right blank area on the top, or fixing it at that location to prevent users from moving it by mistake.

You might like to set "debug.toolBarLocation": "docked", that will move it into the debug viewlet.
