VPN prevents any extensions to run

When I connect my vpn, the python interpreters are not shown in the interpreter list. the python extension seems like to crash.

@shefinvex Can you share logs from Help > Toggle developer tools ? and from Python > Output?

Here are three screenshots and one text file. the first photo is from the overall window of vscode including the output tab (if that's what you meant to have). the other two photos are from developer tools console tab respectively. also the text file contains the console tab log of developer tools (which is equal to the logs shown in the two screenshots).
Also note that if I run the file from terminal with python directly without using python extension, the file runs normally.

Output for Python in the Output panel (View→Output, change the drop-down the upper-right of the Output panel to Python)

Unfortunately there is not any Python section in the drop-down menu but I attached a picture of what i see in the drop-down menu here:

@karrtikr From the logs it looks like no extensions were activated. The extension host itself is crashing.

Cause seems to be zeromq :
