Command parsing for command rules auto approval not correct

Claude agent in copilot chat requested to run this command:

dotnet build tests/DraftKings.Predict.Dunyazad.ServiceTests/DraftKings.Predict.Dunyazad.ServiceTests.csproj 2>&1 | grep -E "^/|error|Build" | head -30

Copilot detected this command rule as "error". This is clearly not the actual command, something about how these commands are being parsed is broken causing command recognition rules to not work properly.
