This PR updates the workbench configuration defaults to restore the notification toast/center position to the standard default across all product qualities.
Changes:
- Set
workbench.notifications.position(viaNotificationsSettings.NOTIFICATIONS_POSITION) default to always beBOTTOM_RIGHT(removing the non-stable default ofTOP_RIGHT).
