This PR tweaks the wording of the tip.subagents chat tip (shown in Agent mode) to better communicate actionable guidance to the user, addressing user confusion reported in issue #299565.
Changes:
- The tip text is updated from "Ask the agent to work in parallel to complete large tasks faster." to "Have another task to work on? Start a new session to run multiple agents at once.", shifting the message from an unclear internal directive to a user-actionable suggestion about parallel sessions.
