Pull request overview
This PR updates the Copilot Agents Changes view action metadata in the built-in Copilot extension, mainly by reordering session apply actions and renaming some command labels that surface in the sessions UI.
Changes:
- Reorders Copilot CLI session apply actions in
chat/input/editing/sessionApplyActionsby renaming menu groups with numeric prefixes. - Broadens the visibility rules for the Copilot CLI
commit/commitAndSyncactions and keepssyncas a later action. - Renames the generic session commit labels, and also touches the Claude session
commitAndSynclocalized label.
