Issue Type: Bug

  1. Have GitHub Pull Requests and Issues extension installed and be not signed into GitHub, there should be a 1 badge on the accounts icon on the activity bar
  2. Right click and hide the accounts icon
  3. RIght click and show the accounts icon

🐛 Badge number is gone
