SCM viewlet: Cmd-Click-based multi select doesn't work 

- VSCode Version: smoke test
- OS Version: macOS

In SCM changes view Cmd-Clicking items doesn't add them to selection. This makes it impossible to create a non-contiguous selection (but Shift-click works).

This works fine in stable.
