Remove note about nvm elevation requirement #4786
Description
With the release of v1.1.10 of nvm, the elevation requirement seems to have been fixed as mentioned in the comment.
I suggest the removal of the note added by #4001.
I have personally installed the latest version (v1.1.12) of nvm on my Windows 11 laptop and verified that it allows switching versions without elevated shell.
