related microsoftgraph/msgraph-sdk-java#558

  • adds android project structure
  • moves dependencies in dedicated file
  • adds linting pipeline
  • upgrades wrapper
  • adds missing nullable and nonnull annotations
  • updates documentation
  • sets required API level to 21 as we don't need more and our dependencies require 21

TODO

  • fix remaining issues
  • update documentation
