Remove invalid restore commands under directory objects. #1010
Description
As mentioned in https://github.com/microsoftgraph/microsoft-graph-devx-api/issues/837, Restore-MgUser always fails with an error since it calls an invalid API. To avoid confusion, we should add a directive to remove all invalid restore* commands.
