This PR closes #1394 by adding ci-build.yml pipeline definition. The pipeline definition will:

  • Install required tools.
  • Perform security pre-checks.
  • Generate, build, test, and pack modules.
  • Publish modules to AzDo private feed.

The PR also sets preview versions for the authentication, workload modules, and meta-module.

Waiting on

Some modules have been commented out in the module mapping due to the following issues:
