This pull request adds the
syncReposForOrgfunction to thev2.tsfile. This function is responsible for syncing repositories for a specific organization. It is called in two places: when creating a new team and when updating an existing team. The function makes use of thesyncReposForOrgAPI endpoint to retrieve the repositories for the organization and update the team's repositories accordingly. This addition improves the functionality and efficiency of the application.
