This pull request adds editing functionality to the TeamsList component. It includes the following changes:
Adds editing logic to the CRUD hook created.
Renames CreateTeams components.
Creates an editing overlay page.
Prefills data for form.
Removes the Card component from editing overlay.
Fixes onDiscard's error handling.
adds a conditional onSave that can edit as well as create a new team
