What are the .bin files that are output with the video file?

I was cutting a 4K h.265 file and it output two files, one .mov and one .bin.
What is the .bin file for?

When processing it shows these messages

When done, the output message appears like this, does the 'unprocessable stream' note have anything to do with the .bin files?

Hi. You can go to the Tracks panel, and the click the button next to "Discard or extract unprocessable tracks to separate files"

and to answer the question: the bin file are some proprietary tracks containing some unknown data (that LosslessCut/ffmpeg is not able to process).

does it's absence in the output file have any impact on the video or audio quality?

The track is labeled as rtmd, which I don't know what means. It depends on the camera recording this clip, what they decided to put inside this track, but most likely it's just some metadata like camera state/configuration or position or some extra sensor that the camera has, in which case it does not affect the video or audio quality.
