Marker API only returns the json tree (with bbox data) when
output_format=json. Other formats return None for the json field.

Now always requests JSON and reconstructs html/markdown content
from the json tree blocks. Single request, no cost increase,
bboxes always available.

Bump version to 0.6.8.
