First of all: What do I even use for Gallery-dl? CMD?
Second of all: How do I download NSFW art off of Newgrounds? (Idk how to put the cookies in.)
I don't intend to be rude; I'm just listing the issues I've had with Gallery-dl.

Yes, if you're on windows, open CMD in the folder that contains gallery-dl.exe (or better yet, add gallery-dl.exe to PATH if you know how). Depending on what browser you're using, you can use --cookies-from-browser <browser> (e.g. --cookies-from-browser firefox). Or, you can use an extension (some linked on main page) to export cookies to a netscape .txt file. After that use -C <cookies file>. If you're using the cookies.txt option, a finished command should look something like this gallery-dl -C newgrounds_cookies.txt <newgrounds url>. If it helps, I have a manual page that should explain some of the basics (don't download it unless you have something to properly view markdown files).

newgrounds also supports login with username & password, so you could give that a try as well.

No, I don't think you did anything wrong, but I guess we both thought you would figure it out (not trying to be rude, sorry if it comes off that way). As I gather, you get the vmk1du5I8m by opening your cookies.txt, copying vmk1du5I8m, pasting it into the command line. Then copy whatever is after vmk1du5I8m and put it in the command line. For example if it looks like this

.newgrounds.com	TRUE	/	TRUE	1774719300	vmk1du5I8m	fndsiulfdsuyoagds98aohiatp89whbs88hd

then your command line should look like this

gallery-dl -o cookies.vmk1du5I8m="fndsiulfdsuyoagds98aohiatp89whbs88hd" <newgrounds url>
