support for tuples and lists

Thank you for the library. It seems it is not support arguments that are tuples and lists and the moment. Would be a great addition.

It looks like this works for lists:

from dataclasses import dataclass, field
import shlex

from argparse_dataclass import ArgumentParser

@dataclass
class Options:
    list_arguments: list[str] = field(metadata=dict(nargs="+", type=str))

print(ArgumentParser(Options).parse_args(shlex.split("--list-arguments one two three")))
# Options(list_arguments=['one', 'two', 'three'])

Would be cool to see an example of this in the documentation, I immediately ran into a need for lists and fumbled around until I figured out that you could use nargs
