docs: regression, no `python` property in schema

Is something unclear, missing or outdated in our documentation?

Schema generation introduced in 5ebeda6 is defining all the properties as belonging to root instead of python.

I suppose each handler should be responsible for wrapping its options into an object with the right name (python for the Python handler, etc.).

Should python really be a required property?

Well I'm not sure how it could not be required 🤔 Are you thinking about specifying handlers: or handlers: {}? Then you can just omit that key, no?

Now that I think about it, it should probably be fine.

My understanding is that anyOf will let you have one or more handler config under handlers. Not sure if it'll let you have zero of them. If not, it's not that bad since you can indeed remove the key with empty value.
