Error "Just wait a minute, some setups are going on in the background"

Describe the bug:

I did restart Host Machine because Host Machine was too slow.
After restarting, I enter command 'docker run ml-workspace' and Host Machine's terminal print 'ml-workspace'.
Then, it was caught this error in infinite loading.

Same Error occurred 12 days ago. Should the docker be rerun periodically?

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Restart Host Machine
2. Command 'docker run ml-workspace'
3. See Error(Just wait a minute, some setups are going on in the background)
4. Infinite Loading....

Technical details:

• Workspace version : 0.13.2
• Docker version : 20.10.12
• Host Machine OS (Windows/Linux/Mac): Linux (Ubuntu 20.04)
• Command used to start the workspace : docker run ml-workspace
• Browser (Chrome/Firefox/Safari): Chrome

command 'docker run new-ml-workspace.'
I forgave rename workspace.
