Updates the Claude Code GitHub Action to use the stable v1 release instead of the beta version. Migrates configuration to the new format: - Updates action version from @beta to @v1 - Replaces allowed_tools with claude_args: --allowedTools - Replaces custom_instructions with claude_args: --system-prompt - Retains additional_permissions and assignee_trigger (still supported in v1)
