README: Error 404 for links to "Tools", "Resources", "Prompts"

In the README some links are not working (Error 404):

• Tools
• Resources
• Prompts

Example: "Tools" links to https://modelcontextprotocol.io/specification/latest/server/tools but it should be https://modelcontextprotocol.io/specification/2025-06-18/server/tools

=> latest doesn't work in the URL

It looks like modelcontextprotocol/modelcontextprotocol#1091 in the docs repo would fix this
