Hyperlinks not always showing/working ios

Describe the solution you'd like

Adding buttons to logviewer embeds, is done in a plugin. just needs a import into bot.

Additionally make this toggable, incase someone does not want this option.
example:

• ?config set log_button false
• ?config set log_button true

with behaviour defaulted to true

mobile users since hyperlinks are not always working on mobile. Specialy IOS
