add parameters to modx:install

something like

modx:install [modx_version] [user] [password] [db] [db-user] [db-pass]
or
modx:install [modx_version] config.xml

to use for a silent install script

I was also wanting this... but then worked around it with expect. Posting here in case it helps someone else.
