💡Make installing FML mods on NeoForge instances easier if modloader search option unlocked #3401

- I have checked that this feature request is not on our roadmap
Related issue
So we know that most Forge mods work on NeoForge, but since there's certainly some mods that do not, we don't include Forge mods on NeoForge search results by default.
The user can unlock the modloader and make mods of other modloaders show up in the search results. In this case, there would be a popup warning when trying to install a mod of another modloader.
Everything up to this point was good; the annoyances will only start now.
You have to find the correct mod version from this small list
- Wouldn't it just save a lot of time if the list would show more entries at the same time?
- What about if the list would only include mod versions from the modloaders you have unlocked at the moment?
- What about if the install button would automatically figure out the best version depending on your search filters?
Now you could say:"Just go to the versions tab of the mod and install the correct version there. At least you have all of the filters and a bigger list there!" (Well...)
The versions tab doesn't help
- When clicking on a specific version of the mod that you want to download, it just brings up the same popup menu from earlier.
- Please make the versions tab just work and not ask any questions regardless of the situation. Make it directly install any version I make it install, not shenanigans.
