This pull request updates bridge to v0.2.0.

Bridge changelog

• Support for Mojo 25.2
• Added bridge.numpy.ndarray_to_layouttensor function to convert NumPy arrays to LayoutTensors
  give the order (i.e., number of indices) of the numpy array.
• Added bridge.numpy.layouttensor_to_ndarray function to convert back LayoutTensors to Numpy arrays
  [currently doesn't support order-1 tensors (i.e., vectors)].
