🐛 Bug Fixes

• harden curl retries and warn on undersized rootfs before install (moi952)
  set -e was silently killing the curl retry loops on any transient
  failure. Also warn upfront if rootfs looks under 8GiB, and drop the
  inaccurate "10-20 min" build estimate.
