Focus theme as the new default theme

One way to convince people that MoinMoin is good software and better than other wiki software is good usability. To improve it for future moin2 users we recommend to set the focus theme as the new default theme. Often when systems like this wiki are set up the default settings are not changed so moin2 should offer the theme with the best usability right away per default.

I still have a few questions and improvement requests for the focus theme:

1. the width of navigation bar changes if showing an item or the +index or +history views (tested with window width 1024)

2. on a wide screen: the itemview actions are collapsed to +More,
   on a small screen: the actions are in one horizontal bar und need scrolling (screenshots below).
   Is this intended?

3. if using the default namespace: Actions have preceding icons,
   if using any other namespace or all: the icons are missing (screenshot below).

4. the resulting table in the +index view has table borders,
   the table in the +history view doesn't.

5. there is a large Block with comment in the html source, based on following line in layout.html:
   <!--{{ utils.breadcrumbs(theme_supp.path_breadcrumbs, title_name) }}-->

6. several Bugfixes for topside theme are missing in focus, see Redundant code in themes #1912.

7. for performance reasons it would be advisable not to add additional icons and fonts.
   E.g. for the +history view usually the fa-history icon from font-awesome is used. I don't see a big improvement in the new history icon. The fa-search icon is very similar to the magnifying-glass icon.

Is this intended?

For the first version it was okay but I think it should be changed and the smaller view needs some more love in general. The area at the top takes too much space.

I will take a look at this and the other items.
