double click for "edit" gets in the way

Got user feedback from a users that tries to use double click to select a word or more that Moin2 with the focus theme behaves in a way that irritates.

I agree, when using Firefox on Debian GNU/Linux I ca double click on many texts and get a word selected, three clicks select the whole line.

The user in question used Safari.

My suggestion is to remove the double-click to edit function in Moin2.

(In addition I think that selecting text may have happen more often than the need to edit it.
And edit button is already visible on the top of the page by default.)

The feature is configurable by the user, the default value is 'True':

Maybe we should set the default for EDIT_ON_DOUBLECLICK to ‘False’. I'd like to collect a ‘thumbs up’ or ‘thumbs down’ from anyone who reads this.
