PasaScope 1.7.4: change the therapist name where it shows, and a proper install window.

• เปลี่ยนชื่อนักบำบัดได้ทันที / Change the therapist name in place: แถบด้านซ้ายแสดงชื่อนักบำบัดพร้อมปุ่ม "เปลี่ยน" และบรรทัดผู้ลงนามในหน้ารายงานก็มีลิงก์เปลี่ยนชื่อ ถ้ายังไม่ได้ตั้งชื่อ ระบบจะถามตอนรับรองหรือลงนาม / The sidebar shows the therapist with a Change button, and the report's signer line links to the same dialog. Records signed earlier keep their name.

ติดตั้ง / Install (Apple Silicon Mac, macOS 12+)

1. ดาวน์โหลด PasaScope-1.7.4.dmg ด้านล่าง เปิดไฟล์ แล้วลาก PasaScope ไปวางบน Applications / Download PasaScope-1.7.4.dmg below, open it and drag PasaScope onto Applications.
2. เปิดครั้งแรก macOS จะปิดกั้นเพราะแอปยังไม่ได้ลงทะเบียนกับ Apple: กด เสร็จสิ้น แล้วไปที่ การตั้งค่าระบบ → ความเป็นส่วนตัวและความปลอดภัย กด ยืนยันจะเปิด (macOS 12–14 คลิกขวาแล้วเลือก เปิด ได้เลย) / macOS blocks the first launch because the app is not notarised: click Done, then System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway (on macOS 12–14, right-click and choose Open).
3. ตั้งค่า → ดาวน์โหลดโมเดลถอดเสียง (ประมาณ 1.5 GB) / Settings → Download speech models (about 1.5 GB).
