fix: Prevent dusconnected plugins from trying to call methods on disconnected dataService

Opening this before I go on a short vacation just so it's easier to track progress on this hotfix

This PR pulls in all the changes required to prevent unsubscribed, disconnected compass plugins from calling unavailable methods on disconnected dataService

• Update data-service to the version that supports isConnected method feat: Add isConnected method to dataService to allow easy access to connection status of the internal MongoClient COMPASS-4741 data-service#320
• Update compass-collection-stats fix: Check if dataService is connected before trying to refresh stats COMPASS-4741 compass-collection-stats#171
• Update compass-indexes fix: Check if dataService is connected before trying to refresh indexes COMPASS-4741  compass-indexes#162
• Update compass-crud fix: Check if dataService is connected before trying to refresh docs COMPASS-4741 compass-crud#350
