SWIFT-379
This PR is a follow up to SWIFT-332. It improves the error message used when the wrong
BSONValuetype is encountered when attempting to decode another (driver-introduced)BSONValuetype.As part of this patch, I cleaned up the way errors are decided upon to be more flexible for future changes and also to be more readable.
