also, has the BSON corpus gotten any new tests since we implemented these? maybe worth resyncing |

SWIFT-635
This PR implements the parseError and decodeError BSON corpus tests. It also rewrites the validity tests to leverage
Codablestructs instead of just reading from a JSON object.
