Whats changed?

• Added proper scoping to the project name in NPM so that it'll be published to MoodleHQ
• Corrected links in README
• Trimmed down the .gitignore as it was from Moodle Core LMS originally and had some rules we don't need i.e. PHP related files
• Update the SECURITY file to contain some more pertinent information
• Fill out the CONTRIBUTING file to provide more information on how others can contribute to the project
• Commit to trigger Release Please that should update the CHANGELOG, version bump and tag a release for us hopefully
• Add GHA to publish StoryBook to GH pages once the repo is public
