newline at EOF

The files generated by moban on pyexcel do not include newlines at EOF, if the original file is missing an EOF, causing git to complain and most tools auto-correct this

Maybe it would be helpful if moban complains when it encounters an EOF without a preceding NL, like many other tools do.
