Add additional proton colors #11355
Description
We need to uplift https://searchfox.org/mozilla-mobile/source/fenix/app/src/main/res/values/colors.xml#107-108 as photon colors.
<color name="scrimStart_normal_theme">#F515141A</color>
<color name="scrimEnd_normal_theme">#F542414D</color>
These will replace the existing scrim start and end design color tokens.
