Add deleteToken to Push Service

We originally wanted to add this but had limitations with Firebase and the google-services plugin.

Now that we don't have that, we can add this option.

This is also needed for our existing Fenix users as well.

We decided to add deleteToken to the service and forceRegistrationRenewal to the feature since it's also required to delete the cached token in the feature as well.
