Migrate feature-pwa to use browser-state #5028
Description
We want to move webAppManifest from our old Session objects (mutable API) to the new SessionState objects (immutable Redux API). This also involves updating feature-pwa to use the newer state system.
If a contributor is interested in working on this, I'm happy to give advice on our Matrix chat.
