[Feature request]: Help users find new developers and new add-ons

NOTE: The original feature request came from a Discourse post.

As a user it's difficult to find new extensions. As an extension developer it's difficult to get new users. It's discouraging to work on something and to see no one even try it. AMO should provide functionality that helps people explore new add-ons.

Suggestions:

• Add "Recently Created" to the "Sort by" search filter.
• Add "Recently Updated" section to the Categories page. Entries should not be limited to recommended extensions.
