Steps to reproduce the problem
Select all "Severe (3)" for all 9 boxes in the first section "ATTENTION".
What is the expected behavior?
"Mean Score" for "ATTENTION" should be "3" (this works in Microsoft Edge's PDF viewer).
What went wrong?
"Mean Score" is "37037037" instead.
