The app works exceptionally well; however, there are times when one needs some downtime. My idea has two parts: first, to create routines that automatically lock, divided into different groups, and that increase the difficulty of the challenges while these locks are active; and second, to prevent users from modifying the established parameters while the locks are active.

Good idea 👍 Preventing settings updates while the lock is active would make the restriction much harder to bypass.

For the first part of your proposal, do you mean defining scheduled routines (e.g., work/study routine, sleep routine) that automatically activate the lock?
