Has anyone coordinated outputs across multiple agency-agents personas in a single workflow?

Relatively new to this repo, I've been running specialized agents from this repo in Claude Code sessions — Growth Hacker, Content Creator, Senior Developer — and the individual outputs are sharp. But the handoff between them is still manual. When the Growth Hacker drafts outreach copy, I'm the one carrying that context into the Content Creator session.

And honestly, half the time I can't even tell if the right agent persona actually activated or if Claude just defaulted to generic mode.

Curious if anyone else has found a pattern for this. I'm building a coordination layer for exactly this problem and trying to understand what workarounds people use today.
